Cralgo
Thinking becomes useful when it can be examined again.
Cralgo Knowledge: research concepts, published technology research and written notes on product, technology and operating-model decisions — made explicit enough to reference, question and revise.
Knowledge
Cralgo makes concepts, models and published thinking explicit so they can be questioned, reused and developed further.
Reference · not final answers
The premise
Making an idea explicit does not make it final.
- A concept may be useful before it is proven.
- A model may organise thinking without describing every situation.
- A note may record an interpretation rather than establish a conclusion.
- A paper may formalise a question rather than close it.
Knowledge is not the end of inquiry. It is something inquiry can return to.
What knowledge means at Cralgo
Thinking made explicit enough to reference and reuse.
Knowledge here is not what Cralgo knows to be true. It is what Cralgo has written down clearly enough that it can be examined, argued with, applied in a different environment, or revised.
Some of it is conceptual. Some of it is published and versioned. Some of it is a short written reading of a decision organisations keep facing. None of it is presented as settled.
Knowledge is not evidence
Evidence is an observation from a real environment. Knowledge is a concept, interpretation or reusable piece of reasoning that may draw on evidence. Evidence can inform knowledge; knowledge should not be presented as evidence merely because it is written down.
Knowledge is not completed research
Research is the active question. Knowledge is thinking already explicit enough to reference while that question continues. A research question can remain open even when useful knowledge already exists around it.
Knowledge is not a publishing channel
There is no feed here, no chronology by default and nothing organised by what is latest. Ideas are not news, and an index of explicit thinking is more useful than a stream of it.
How this relates to research and evidence
These are not three stages in a queue.
Knowledge does not only arrive at the end of a study. It can come from existing literature, conceptual work, technical reasoning, repeated practice, field observation or synthesis.
It also runs the other way. Knowledge gives research something to question, refine or contradict, and evidence can change, strengthen or retire what has been written down.
Not every idea on this page has evidence behind it. Some remain conceptual, and are labelled that way.

- Evidence What did reality return? Explore Evidence
- Knowledge What thinking has become explicit enough to reference or build upon?
Concepts
Named ideas that organise a question.
These remain Cralgo research concepts. They appear here because the thinking around them is written down and can be examined — not because the question behind them is closed.
Concept Working conceptExecution Intelligence
What is executed depends less on effort than on whether the judgement inside a decision survives handoffs, systems and changing conditions.
Read the conceptQuestion it helps examine
What happens to judgement once a decision enters execution?
Lenses
Psychology × Technology × Organisations
Basis
Conceptual work · Repeated practice
Still uncertain
Whether the loss of judgement can be located reliably enough to act on before an outcome is already visible.
What would revise it
Evidence that explicit context transfer changes nothing, or that local autonomy consistently outperforms preserved intent, would weaken the proposition.
Concept Working conceptReflection Core
Introducing a deliberate pause between signal and response may change the quality of a decision, human or machine.
Explore Reflection CoreQuestion it helps examine
What changes when a system reflects before it responds?
Lenses
Psychology × Technology
Basis
Conceptual work · Technical reasoning
Still uncertain
Whether the effect is the pause itself, the reasoning inside it, or simply a slower decision. It has not been isolated.
What would revise it
Comparable decisions with and without the pause, showing no difference in quality.
Published thinking
Formalised, versioned and citable.
Published work is archived with a version and a DOI so it can be cited and compared against later revisions. Publication records a state of the thinking; it does not settle the question.
Published Published v1.0.2 · July 2026Cralgo Intelligence Framework
Intelligence inside an organisation can be described as a structure — signals, reasoning, decisions and reflection — rather than as a talent or a tool.
DOI · 10.5281/zenodo.21109372 Official Reference RepositoryQuestion it helps examine
Can institutional intelligence be described precisely enough to be examined?
Lenses
Psychology × Technology × Organisations
Basis
Conceptual synthesis · Technical reasoning · Repeated practice
Still uncertain
The specification formalises the structure. It does not establish that organisations adopting it reason better.
What would revise it
Environments where the structure is present and the reasoning does not improve.

Notes
Written readings of decisions organisations keep facing.
Each note sets out how Cralgo currently reads a recurring product, technology or operating-model decision, and what the reading depends on. A note is an interpretation, not a ruling.
- Who should own D2C technology Where does ownership of consumer technology actually sit? Technology × Organisations
- Why technology decisions keep returning to the founder What makes a single person the route for every technical decision? Psychology × Organisations
- What a product and technology operating model is What is actually being described when an operating model is discussed? Technology × Organisations
- Whether a CTO is the right next role What problem is a senior technology hire expected to absorb? Psychology × Organisations
- In-house team, agency, or Centre of Excellence How does the shape of a team change what it can decide? Technology × Organisations
- Why ecommerce systems break under load What fails first when demand arrives faster than the system evolved? Technology × Organisations
- Headless commerce, or not What does this architectural choice commit an organisation to? Technology × Organisations
- Whether an order management system is needed When does coordination stop being solvable by people? Technology × Organisations
Resources
Technology resources by topic.
Longer readings on the systems consumer-facing organisations depend on — strategy, architecture, platforms and integration — arranged by the question each one examines.
Technology strategy, architecture and execution

How to read a knowledge object
A useful idea should make its basis visible.
Proposition
What is being put forward, in one sentence.
Question
The question the idea helps examine — not a question it closes.
Lenses
Whether it examines the human, the system, the environment, or a relationship between them.
Basis
What the thinking rests on: conceptual work, technical reasoning, observed situations, repeated practice or published literature.
Still uncertain
What has not been established. Every object carries this.
What would revise it
The observation that would change or retire the idea.
Revision
Reusable does not mean unquestionable.
- New evidence can contradict an interpretation.
- A different environment can make a working model behave differently.
- A better explanation can replace a serviceable one.
- Repeated practice can turn a proposition into a principle — or quietly retire it.
Where an idea has changed, the change is recorded rather than the earlier version removed.
An idea becomes more useful when it can be returned to — and changed.

Founding
Cralgo was founded in 2025 by Anil Kabir Kumar. Legal entity: Cralgo Innovations (OPC) Private Limited, incorporated 27 June 2025.
The three lenses
Psychology — how people perceive, decide and behave. Technology — what the system makes possible or constrains. Organisations — what conditions shape action. Outcomes emerge from their interaction.
Research — the questions underneath the work
Collaborative investigation with organisations, universities, practitioners and the people a question affects. Commissioned research is disclosed as such.
Beyond — questions Cralgo carries on its own account
Beyond describes the origin of a question: one Cralgo carries independently, or around a public-purpose context.
