Cralgo

Strategic Technology & Governance CoE

Cralgo works with organisations across technology direction, initiative setup, capability, modernisation, governance and strategic technology partnership — aligned with business goals, outcomes and value.

Work with Cralgo

Cralgo works with organisations through a Strategic Technology & Governance CoE — bringing technology direction, capability, systems, governance and execution together around the outcomes the business is trying to create.

Engagement can begin at any level. The question determines the work.

ONE THESIS · SIX WAYS TO ENGAGE

Start with the question

Bring Cralgo a question worth solving.

The engagement starts with the question, not a predefined service. What follows depends on what is shaping the situation, what needs to change and how close Cralgo needs to stay to the work.

  1. Why is a technology investment not producing the expected outcome?

  2. What is constraining the next stage of the organisation?

  3. How should a product, platform or operating model change?

  4. What is getting lost between a decision and its execution?

  5. How are customer or employee behaviours being shaped by the systems around them?

  6. What capability needs to exist inside the organisation rather than around it?

Examples of question shapes, not service categories.

The Cralgo thesis

The question usually sits between them.

Psychology
How people perceive, decide, behave, adopt, trust and respond.
Technology
What systems make possible, difficult, visible or invisible.
Organisations
Ownership, capability, incentives, governance and the conditions in which work gets done.

Outcomes emerge from the interaction between all three.

ONE QUESTION, THREE READINGS

How an engagement can begin

Different questions need different kinds of work.

Cralgo does not begin with a fixed service model. An engagement starts with the question, the outcome being sought, and the conditions shaping it. These are six common ways that work can begin.

  • 01

    Technology Direction

Shape technology direction from a fuller understanding of the situation.

Explore the people, systems and organisational conditions around an important technology decision before committing to what comes next.

Often starts with What should we do?

  • 02

    Initiative Setup

    Make an idea executable.

Translate intent into technology, ownership, capability and a way of working that can carry the idea into reality.

Often starts with How do we make it executable?

  • 03

    Operating Model & CoE

Build capability that can survive beyond individuals.

Strengthen how technology decisions, ownership, execution and learning operate inside the organisation.

Often starts with What capability needs to exist?

  • 04

    Technology Modernisation

Change the system when it no longer fits the organisation around it.

Modernise technology in the context of the people who use it, the organisation it serves and the conditions in which it must keep changing.

Often starts with What in the system needs to change?

  • 05

    Transformation Governance

Keep context and judgement intact through execution.

Create the conditions for complex technology change to remain connected to intent as decisions move across teams, systems and milestones.

Often starts with How do we carry judgement through execution?

  • 06

    Strategic Technology Partnership

Stay with the technology questions as they evolve.

Work with Cralgo over time where technology direction, capability and organisational priorities cannot usefully be separated into one-off assignments.

Often starts with What if the question keeps evolving?

Strategic technology & governance

Some engagements solve a question. Others become an enduring capability.

Cralgo can work on a single technology question or stay alongside an organisation as that question evolves. Over time, that relationship can become a Strategic Technology & Governance CoE — bringing continuity across direction, capability, systems, governance and execution.

Across companies and brands, Cralgo is building a portfolio of long-term technology and governance relationships — while each organisation retains its own context, priorities and operating reality.

  • An organisation does not need to use every part of the CoE.
  • Operating Model & CoE builds the organisation's own capability. The Strategic Technology & Governance CoE is how Cralgo works alongside it.
  • Cralgo remains a research and technology organisation. The CoE describes the relationship, not the organisation.

How the work can move

Research. Build. Apply. Measure.

A question can enter at any point. Not every engagement needs all four. The loop simply reflects how Cralgo moves between understanding a situation, creating something, applying it in the real environment and observing what happens.

  • Research

Understand what is shaping the situation before deciding what to do.

  • Build

Create or change the technology, capability or operating conditions the question requires.

  • Apply

Bring the work into the environment where people and systems actually interact.

  • Measure

Observe what changed, what did not, and what should be reconsidered.

UNDERSTAND · MAKE · APPLY · OBSERVE

Working together

Close enough to the work to see what is actually happening.

Cralgo works with the people making decisions and the people closest to execution. Technology judgement is considered alongside behaviour, ownership, capability and organisational conditions — because the answer often changes when those perspectives are seen together.

  1. 01 Work with founders, leaders and people closest to execution.
  2. 02 Bring technology judgement without isolating it from human and organisational context.
  3. 03 Build capability rather than unnecessary dependence.
  4. 04 Distinguish observation from assumption.
  5. 05 Stay willing to change the answer when reality says otherwise.

Evidence

See what the ideas look like in practice.

Cralgo separates what was intended from what was observed. Evidence records what happened when ideas, systems and organisational conditions met reality.

Founding

Cralgo was founded in 2025 by Anil Kabir Kumar. Legal entity: Cralgo Innovations (OPC) Private Limited, incorporated 27 June 2025.

The three lenses

Psychology — how people perceive, decide and behave. Technology — what the system makes possible or constrains. Organisations — what conditions shape action. Outcomes emerge from their interaction.

Research — the questions underneath the work

Collaborative investigation with organisations, universities, practitioners and the people a question affects. Commissioned research is disclosed as such.

Beyond — questions Cralgo carries on its own account

Beyond describes the origin of a question: one Cralgo carries independently, or around a public-purpose context.

Working together — the belief behind all of it

Listening before concluding, room for different perspectives, useful disagreement, and evidence that still matters.
