Cralgo
Some Signals benefit from more than one perspective.
Collaborate with Cralgo — universities, researchers, governments, institutions, companies, founders, practitioners and communities connecting research, Signals, technology and industry through applied research, knowledge exchange and real-world application.
Collaborations
Universities, researchers, governments, institutions, companies, founders, practitioners and communities each see part of what is emerging. Collaboration brings those perspectives together — and carries the work into research, technology and real-world application.
Signals bring the ecosystem together.

Connecting Research, Technology and Industry
Cralgo works across universities, institutions, companies and technology ecosystems to explore emerging patterns and translate them into shared learning, research and real-world experimentation.
We bring together academic perspectives, industry experience, technology capability and practitioner knowledge around questions emerging across people, organisations and technology.

University × Industry
Some of the most valuable questions sit between academic research and what organisations experience in practice.
Cralgo creates opportunities for universities, researchers, companies and practitioners to explore these questions together — contributing research, evidence, experimentation and perspectives from both academia and industry.
Possible collaboration formats
Collaborative Research
Shared inquiry around a Signal, held by researchers and practitioners together.
Knowledge Exchange
Academic and industry perspectives meeting around one question.
Industry Research Projects
Real questions from organisations, investigated with research rigour.
Student & Academic Engagement
Students and faculty working with live questions from practice.
Applied Technology Exploration
Testing how a technology behaves inside a real context.
Research Papers & Field Studies
Writing and fieldwork that carry a Signal into the record.
Workshops & Roundtables
Focused conversations that sharpen a question.
Ecosystem Programmes
Longer programmes with institutions and technology communities.
Evidence & Case Development
Documenting what emerged so others can learn from it.
Capabilities Cralgo brings into a collaboration
Technology Strategy & Leadership · AI & Data · Digital Commerce · Consumer Platforms · Product & Engineering · Technology-led Growth & Transformation
These capabilities take part alongside the people in each collaboration, helping research, experiments and industry projects become technology initiatives and shared learning.

Who explores a Signal alongside Cralgo.
Universities
Faculty, researchers and students exploring Signals as shared enquiry.
Governments
Public-interest perspectives where a Signal meets society.
Institutions
Organisations that hold long-term responsibility for a domain.
Research partners
Groups able to take a question into structured research.
Industry contributors
Organisations encountering the condition in practice.
Independent researchers
Individual enquiry that sharpens a Signal.
Practitioners
People working inside the systems being observed.
Communities
Lived context that no data view replaces.
Forms of collaboration
A collaboration can take many shapes.
University collaboration
Shared enquiry with faculty, researchers and students around a Signal.
Government engagement
Public-interest conversation where a Signal touches policy or society.
Delegation
Cross-border and cross-sector participation around a shared question.
Research programme
A structured programme investigating one or more Signals.
Roundtable
A focused conversation bringing several perspectives to one Signal.
Institutional conversation
An early exchange to understand whether a Signal is shared.
Working group
A small group holding a question over a longer period.
Academic–industry initiative
Practice and research examining the same condition together.
Contributors
Perspectives are credited when participation begins.
Contributor records remain open and consent-led. People are named only when their participation is agreed and their contribution can be represented accurately.

This record begins as collaboration begins.
Cralgo documents collaborations only once they are agreed. This page holds the space so the record stays honest as the ecosystem grows.

Cross-disciplinary study
Open for participationHow does an organisation reflect on itself?
A study of how reflection currently happens inside organisations, and what changes when observations from across teams, systems and decisions are held together.

Founding
Cralgo was founded in 2025 by Anil Kabir Kumar. Legal entity: Cralgo Innovations (OPC) Private Limited, incorporated 27 June 2025.
The three lenses
Psychology — how people perceive, decide and behave. Technology — what the system makes possible or constrains. Organisations — what conditions shape action. Outcomes emerge from their interaction.
Research — the questions underneath the work
Collaborative investigation with organisations, universities, practitioners and the people a question affects. Commissioned research is disclosed as such.
Beyond — questions Cralgo carries on its own account
Beyond describes the origin of a question: one Cralgo carries independently, or around a public-purpose context.
