Cralgo
Questions worth exploring.
Explore Cralgo research, Papers, Reflections and Questions across people, organisations, technology and emerging systems.
Research
Research is one of the ways Cralgo develops and tests its thinking: investigating how psychology, technology and organisations interact — and what those relationships can teach us about outcomes.
See what we're investigatingThe question
What changes when the relationship changes?
Psychology affects how technology is perceived and used.
Technology affects behaviour and capability.
Organisations shape the conditions around both.
Cralgo Research explores the interactions — and the outcomes that emerge.
Current questions
What Cralgo is trying to understand.
How does technology change human judgement?

What makes people trust or resist a digital system?
Psychology × Technology
How do organisational structures influence technology outcomes?
Technology × Organisations
What changes when reflection is introduced before response?

Why do technically sound systems fail inside organisations?

How does AI influence decision-making?
Psychology × Technology
What conditions turn individual capability into organisational execution?
Psychology × Organisations
What decides whether an idea travels from pilot into adoption?
Technology × Organisations
Each question sits across more than one lens. The interesting part is rarely psychology, technology or organisations alone — it is what happens between them.

Execution Intelligence
Concept
What happens to judgement once a decision enters execution?
How context, intent and judgement are carried, altered or lost as a decision moves through people, systems and organisational conditions. A working concept; nothing measured yet.

Concept
What changes when a system reflects before it responds?
A programme examining reflection, judgement and response — whether introducing a deliberate pause changes the quality of a human or machine decision.

Open question
Why do some ideas move, and others stall?
The conditions under which an idea travels from research or pilot into adoption — and what quietly stops the rest.

How does each shape what the other becomes?
Leadership, ownership, operating models, capability and decision-making — how organisations shape technology, and how technology reshapes them back.

Active exploration
How do digital systems shape attention, stress and recovery?
Open questions about attention, reflection and wellbeing in environments shaped by technology. Cralgo Now is one initiative where these questions appear; no study has yet been completed through it.

Where can technology change an outcome that matters publicly?
Public-interest questions — learning, wellbeing, responsible intelligence, public systems — approached problem-first rather than technology-first.

AI for GoodHow a question moves
Question → Explore → Test → Learn.
- Question
- The question is written down properly before anyone attempts an answer.
- Explore
- Reading, interviews, observation and structured enquiry across disciplines.
- Test
- Small, deliberate attempts made to learn rather than to prove.
- Learn
- What is observed is recorded — and becomes the next question.
Research is often carried out with organisations and specialists, not about them. Method and participants are stated plainly; nothing is presented as peer-reviewed science.
Research and evidence
Research asks the question. Evidence shows us what reality returned.

Evidence
What happened when we explored or applied it? Situations, outcomes and what was learned.

Signals under investigation
Research can deepen a Signal, connect several or surface a new one.

Our research interests evolve with the Signals we observe. Each Signal can become a starting point for deeper research, collaborative inquiry, experimentation or evidence-building with universities, institutions and industry participants.
Research here often begins with a Signal or an observed pattern, and grows with universities, researchers, companies and institutions. From there it can progress into applied research, experiments, industry collaboration, technology initiatives, and evidence and shared learning.
Explore CollaborationsQuestions before answers.
And occasionally, one question leads somewhere unexpected.
Bring Cralgo a question worth exploring Where these questions are appliedWe identify emerging patterns and opportunities through research and Signals, and take them into real-world application through technology strategy and leadership, AI and data, digital commerce and consumer platforms, product and engineering, and technology-led growth and transformation.
From emerging patterns to real-world application.
Emerging Patterns → Research & Signals → Collaborate → Technology & Application → Better Outcomes

Founding
Cralgo was founded in 2025 by Anil Kabir Kumar. Legal entity: Cralgo Innovations (OPC) Private Limited, incorporated 27 June 2025.
The three lenses
Psychology — how people perceive, decide and behave. Technology — what the system makes possible or constrains. Organisations — what conditions shape action. Outcomes emerge from their interaction.
Research — the questions underneath the work
Collaborative investigation with organisations, universities, practitioners and the people a question affects. Commissioned research is disclosed as such.
Beyond — questions Cralgo carries on its own account
Beyond describes the origin of a question: one Cralgo carries independently, or around a public-purpose context.

Working together — the belief behind all of it
Listening before concluding, room for different perspectives, useful disagreement, and evidence that still matters.
