No one commissioned these. They are held open because they change how the rest of the work is read.

The work itself lives in Research.

Once a question is being worked on rather than only held, Research owns it. Explore does not restate the findings.

Still being shaped

Questions not yet ready to be answered.

Question-shaping is a state, recorded under Emerging Research. It sits alongside Beyond rather than inside it.

Where the objective is not only commercial

Public-purpose questions.

Some questions Cralgo carries have an objective that a business case would not define on its own.

Reflection, not conclusion.

Editorial writing records how a question looked at the time. It is not Knowledge, and it is not Evidence.

Explore is not Emerging Research
Emerging Research describes the state of a question — how far it has been taken. Beyond describes where the question came from. A mature question can belong to Beyond by origin, and an early client-originated question can be Emerging Research without belonging to Beyond.
Explore is not Research
Research is where questions and concepts are actually investigated. Explore only records why Cralgo chose to carry certain questions itself, then links to the Research surface that holds the work.
Explore is not an Application
Where a question has become a working environment, that environment owns it. Explore keeps no parallel summary and claims no outcome; observed outcomes belong to Evidence.

The contexts, institutions and independent work around these questions are recorded separately.

Founding

Cralgo was founded in 2025 by Anil Kabir Kumar. Legal entity: Cralgo Innovations (OPC) Private Limited, incorporated 27 June 2025.

The three lenses

Psychology — how people perceive, decide and behave. Technology — what the system makes possible or constrains. Organisations — what conditions shape action. Outcomes emerge from their interaction.

Research — the questions underneath the work

Collaborative investigation with organisations, universities, practitioners and the people a question affects. Commissioned research is disclosed as such.

Beyond — questions Cralgo carries on its own account

Beyond describes the origin of a question: one Cralgo carries independently, or around a public-purpose context.
