Cralgo
Reusable guidance works only when the conditions stay visible.
Cralgo Playbooks organise recurring decisions, signals and trade-offs into a starting point that can be adapted — covering technology, retail, D2C, ecommerce, operating model and platform situations.
Knowledge · Playbooks
A Playbook is a reusable way to approach a recurring situation without pretending the situation is identical every time. Each one organises the decisions, signals and trade-offs involved into a starting point that has to be adapted to the environment it enters.
Guidance · not universal procedure
Not evidence
Evidence records what a real environment returned. Observation may inform a Playbook. The Playbook is not itself evidence, and none of it demonstrates that an approach transfers.
Not a method
Nothing here describes how Cralgo runs work. There is no sequence to follow, no maturity level to reach and no claim that following the guidance produces a particular result.
Not settled
Every Playbook states what informed it, what would make it change, and where it stops being useful. Guidance whose assumptions are hidden is harder to argue with than it should be.
The corpus
Seven recurring situations.
-
Recurring decision delay
Organisations × Technology
When Delivery Slows and the Cause Sits Upstream
Delivery delay is often the visible end of an unresolved decision. This is a way to check whether that is what you are looking at before changing how the team works.
The question: Is the constraint the execution of the work, or the resolution of the decisions the work depends on?
-
Recurring loss of context
Organisations × Psychology
When What the Organisation Learned Leaves With People
Some organisations get smarter over time and some only accumulate individuals who did. This is a way to examine which one you are, and where context is actually being lost.
The question: Where does understanding accumulate here — in people, in documents, or nowhere in particular?
-
Recurring adoption decision
Technology × Organisations × Psychology
Deciding Which Decisions to Delegate to AI
Most disappointing AI adoption is not a model problem. It is an unexamined question about which decisions were being handed over. This is a way to examine that first.
The question: Which decisions in this organisation can absorb machine judgement, and which cannot yet?
-
Recurring coordination problem
Organisations × Technology
When Every Team Holds a Different Version of the Customer
Fragmented customer understanding rarely appears as one failure. It appears as constant small contradiction. This is a way to examine whether consolidation is the right response.
The question: Does this organisation need one shared model of the customer, or better-connected partial ones?
-
Recurring operating rhythm
Organisations × Technology
Turning Weekly Retail Signals Into Decisions Someone Owns
Retail teams are usually rich in signal and short of the rhythm that converts it. This is a way to examine whether cadence is the constraint before adding more data.
The question: What would have to be true for available signal to become decisions with owners and dates?
-
Recurring concentration of decisions
Psychology × Organisations
When the Organisation Waits on One Person
Decisions concentrate on whoever the system does not absorb them for. This is a way to examine what is actually concentrating, before concluding that more delegation is the answer.
The question: Which decisions genuinely require this person, and which are here because nothing else holds the context?
-
Recurring operating problem
Technology × Organisations
Operating a Marketplace That Keeps Moving Underneath You
Marketplace performance is often treated as a settings problem long after it became a signal problem. This is a way to examine which one you are dealing with.
The question: Is this channel being operated as a living system, or maintained as a configuration?
Where this sits
Guidance sits beside the reasoning and the observation it came from.
A Knowledge Note is a current reading of a recurring question. A Playbook is reusable guidance for navigating a recurring situation. Evidence is what a real environment returned. The three inform each other and none of them substitutes for another.

Founding
Cralgo was founded in 2025 by Anil Kabir Kumar. Legal entity: Cralgo Innovations (OPC) Private Limited, incorporated 27 June 2025.
The three lenses
Psychology — how people perceive, decide and behave. Technology — what the system makes possible or constrains. Organisations — what conditions shape action. Outcomes emerge from their interaction.
Research — the questions underneath the work
Collaborative investigation with organisations, universities, practitioners and the people a question affects. Commissioned research is disclosed as such.
Beyond — questions Cralgo carries on its own account
Beyond describes the origin of a question: one Cralgo carries independently, or around a public-purpose context.
