A large India technology summit attended across stages, exhibition halls and founder conversations.

Deep-tech, manufacturing, climate and infrastructure exhibitors held substantive space alongside consumer technology, a more balanced mix than in earlier years of the same event. In conversation, founders asked about their main constraint answered in terms of how long things took to get done internally — approvals, hiring cycles, vendor onboarding — more often than in terms of access to capital.
One possible reading
One possible reading is that in this cohort capital availability has stopped being the scarce input and internal execution capacity has become the visible one. This may equally reflect who attends a summit of this kind in a given year.
